Spirit Store Policies

The following policies apply to merchandise and items purchased in the Spirit Store.

Delivery
Most items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. Orders will not be shipped until all items are available. If an item is discontinued, a partial order will be shipped and a refund issued for the unavailable item.  Downloadable items will have a link provided in your purchase confirmation e-mail.

Used equipment purchases may take longer based on shipping requirements, and may be shipped via other carriers or methods as needed.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Used equipment items are sold “as-is” and returns are not accepted except in special circumstances.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you return an item for a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  All downloadable purchases are non-refundable.
