Mail Drops 2013
Members love to receive mail/care packages while on tour. Obviously this can be problematic as we are almost constantly on the move. Furthermore, our agreements with host schools do not include the delivery of mail. The schools do not have staff available to handle this volume of mail and some corps have lost housing sites due to unexpected mail deliveries. Thank you to those family and friends who are hosting mail drop locations this year.
To ensure appropriate and timely delivery of mail, please adhere to the following policies:
- DO NOT send mail or packages to any housing site while on tour
- Only send mail to the locations listed below
- Ensure that your mail will be delivered by the date listed
- Properly format your letter or package (member name in the bottom right corner)
- DO NOT send perishable goods
Mail received after the deadline for each location will likely not be delivered. Spirit of Atlanta and our mail hosts cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. All mail must be addressed to Spirit of Atlanta in this format:
